Asbestos Abatement

Asbestos is made of potentially dangerous products producing effects similar to carcinogens. Sometimes during the restoration process of old buildings and houses, we sometimes run into asbestos building materials. Sometimes the fibers are self-contained in panels, thus it poses no health risks. However sometimes this material is ‘flocked’ into ceilings and walls to provide insulation, the asbestos fibers can sometimes come loose and enter the air and potentially be inhaled. This is why our certified technicians will determine whether the area needs to be sealed off and a negative air vacuum to be used to ensure the asbestos does not travel to other areas or outside. Sometimes relocation of occupants is necessary.
